Our regular columnists include Chef Lester and his Sober Sideboard column. Each column contains a short motivational piece accompanied by a recipe. Chef Lester is an internationally known Chef who has written extensively on cooking and health and has had his own cooking television show in New Orleans.

Another columnist is Snow P. who owns Sober Celebrations a business that provides sober cruises and other sober travel opportunities to recovering people. Her longtime recovery provides a strong platform for positive lifestyle articles and contributions.

Penelope Love was an editor for Counselor Magazine. She lives in Costa Rica where she is a tantra instructor and continues to worker as an editor and writer. She is a columnist whose specialty is intimate relationships and love issues. Her columns provide a unique spirituality as expressed in the enjoyment of day to day life. Her positive lifestyle and advice column help others to achieve more intimate relationships and to enjoy the richness of living.

Rebecca B. and Phil C. both have experience in 12 step recovery and they bring very personal observations to the web site. Rebecca has worked in the recovery field for many years yet her articles often contain the personal touch of a women’s journey in recovery. Phil C. Looks at recovery through the eyes of someone coming out of the fog of addiction and into the bright lights of recovery. His articles are a celebration of the insights and experience of one in the early years of recovery. Phil hosts the online 24 Hour Internet Radio show at RecoveryHD.com.
